This study examines the effect of work-family boundary conflict on sustainable mompreneurship and investigates the mediating role of entrepreneurial resilience among women entrepreneurs in Makassar, Indonesia. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 400 mompreneurs, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that work-family boundary conflict negatively affects entrepreneurial resilience and sustainable mompreneurship, whereas entrepreneurial resilience positively influences sustainable mompreneurship. Furthermore, entrepreneurial resilience partially mediates the relationship between work-family boundary conflict and sustainable mompreneurship. These findings extend the literature on women entrepreneurship by highlighting entrepreneurial resilience as a key mechanism for sustaining women-owned businesses under competing work and family demands.
